Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@eyse.co. Once your request is approved, our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Gift cards are also non-returnable.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@eyse.co, and our team will guide you through the return steps. Exchanges are processed by returning the item via a trackable parcel to our warehouse for inspection. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Once the return is received and approved, we will ship out your exchange item accordingly. We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page prior to ordering to ensure the best fit.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
